Authenticated job-data disclosure via parent-only authorization

Incorrect authorization in GitLab CE/EE 18.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to read restricted CI/CD job data through GraphQL. The getJobTraceHtmlSummary path authorizes only the parent Terraform state object and returns nested job trace, variable, and stage data without an independent job-level check. Exploitation requires an Ultimate group, a custom Guest-derived role with admin_terraform, and access to the target project; confidentiality is the reported impact.
