Authenticated command execution via unfiltered delvalue parameter

Command injection in D-Link DIR-823X firmware 250416 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary operating-system commands. The uci_del function behind /goform/delete_prohibiting passes the delvalue request parameter to command processing after incomplete filtering. A valid management login and session token are required; injected shell metacharacters run commands with the router service's privileges.
