Code execution via unterminated EH-frame augmentation

Heap-based buffer overflow in GNU Binutils 2.45 Linker allows local users to crash the linker or execute code via a crafted ELF file. _bfd_elf_parse_eh_frame in bfd/elf-eh-frame.c calls strlen on augmentation data without proving a NUL byte occurs within the mapped .eh_frame section. A user must be able to run ld against the malicious input; the overflow occurs during --gc-sections processing and can corrupt the linker process.
