Database data exposure and tampering via unsanitized ID
Published Sep 26, 2025 · Updated Sep 26, 2025
SQL injection in Code Projects Hostel Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to read and alter database data through the ID parameter. The user-supplied ID in /justines/admin/mod_users/index.php is inserted directly into an SQL query without validation or parameter binding. No login is required, and crafted GET values support blind, error-based, time-based, and UNION-query access that reads or alters stored records.
