Server file disclosure via external entity resolution
Published Sep 26, 2025 · Updated Sep 26, 2025
XML external entity injection in ManageWord.aspx in Jinher OA 2.0 allows remote attackers to read server files through crafted XML. The endpoint passes XML containing a DOCTYPE to an entity-capable parser that resolves attacker-controlled external DTD references and local file URIs. The public proof of concept presents no credentials; successful exploitation exfiltrates readable server files through an attacker-chosen HTTP request.
