Process-memory disclosure via cookie date formatting

Out-of-bounds read in libsoup 3.6.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to disclose process memory via crafted HTTP cookies. soup_date_time_to_string() formats attacker-controlled cookie expiration dates without sufficient bounds checking and reads beyond the date buffer. Unauthenticated network delivery requires no user interaction; production builds expose malformed output containing process memory rather than a reliable crash.
