Stored XSS in the Files Menu of Total.js CMS 19.0 through 19.9.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in a victim's browser. The upload path accepts files after their Content-Type is changed to text/html, permits arbitrary extensions such as .html, and serves the resulting file so its JavaScript runs when opened. Administrative privileges are required to upload the file, and a victim must open its hosted URL; the demonstrated consequence is browser redirection.
