ChemKin parser crash via unchecked empty qualifier tokens

NULL pointer dereference in Open Babel 3.1.1 and earlier allows attackers to crash ChemKin parsing via a crafted input file. ChemKinFormat::ReadReactionQualifierLines tokenizes each qualifier line but indexes toks[0] without first rejecting an empty token vector, dereferencing invalid string storage. The crash occurs only when a user or application opens the malicious ChemKin file through the CLI, conversion API, or a language binding, with no reported confidentiality or integrity impact.
