Memory corruption via overlapping decompression buffer copy

Out-of-bounds write in Open Babel 3.1.1 and earlier allows attackers to corrupt memory through a crafted gzip-compressed chemistry file. The basic_unzip_streambuf::underflow refill path calls memcpy on overlapping source and destination ranges, producing an out-of-bounds write. Triggering requires a victim or service to parse the file with obabel, OBConversion, or a language binding, after which the write can crash or corrupt the parsing process.
