Use-after-free in Open Babel 3.1.1 and earlier allows context-dependent attackers to crash a parser with a crafted GAMESS output file. GAMESSOutputFormat::ReadMolecule indexes token vector elements for ICHARG or MULT lines without verifying that the expected tokens exist, so atoi dereferences freed vector memory. Triggering the flaw requires the malicious file to be opened through obabel, OBConversion, or a language binding; the demonstrated consequence is a sanitizer-detected crash.
