Unauthorized opportunity transfer via missing ownership check

Improper authorization in YunaiV RuoYi-Vue Pro 2025.09 allows remote authenticated users to transfer business opportunities they do not own. The transfer handler checks crm:business:update permission but does not verify that the caller owns the selected opportunity. Any user holding that permission can reassign another user's opportunity to a different account without user interaction.
