Unauthenticated SQL injection via unbound username query
Published Sep 25, 2025 · Updated Sep 25, 2025
SQL injection in MuFen-mker PHP-Usermm at commit 37f2d24e51b04346dfc565b93fc2fc6b37bdaea9 allows remote attackers to alter SQL queries via username. The chkuser.php login handler inserts the POST username value directly into a SQL WHERE clause without parameter binding, escaping, or validation. No authentication or user interaction is required; the demonstrated boolean-based blind payload can infer database values through response differences.
