CVE-2025-10908Network attack vector

Locked-account access via omitted state validation

Published May 11, 2026 · Updated May 11, 2026

Incorrect authorization in affected WSO2 Identity Server releases allows remote attackers to access locked accounts via Magic Link or Pass Key. The MagicLinkAuthenticator response path accepts a valid link without using AccountLockService to reject the authenticated user's locked state, and the Pass Key flow likewise omits account-state validation. Exploitation requires control of a valid factor for an already locked account and grants access to its applications and associated sensitive data.
