Arbitrary file upload in WSO2 SOAP admin services allows remote authenticated users with administrative privileges to execute server code. The services insufficiently validate uploaded content and destination paths, allowing a crafted file to be written to a user-controlled deployment location. Default configurations restrict the operation to administrators, and code execution depends on server-side processing of the uploaded file.
