Heap corruption via truncated exception-handler offsets

Integer overflow in V8 in Google Chrome before 140.0.7339.207 allows remote attackers to corrupt heap memory via crafted HTML. HandlerTable::SetRangeHandler encoded an oversized exception-handler offset into a 30-bit HandlerOffsetField without first checking that it fit. A victim must load attacker-controlled HTML; successful corruption occurs within the browser process and can affect confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
