Heap-based buffer overflow in Autodesk Shared Components before 2026.5 allows attackers to execute code via a crafted CATPRODUCT file. The CATPRODUCT parser writes beyond a heap allocation while processing malformed file content; Autodesk has not disclosed the affected function or field. Exploitation requires a user to open the file in an affected host product and can crash the process, expose sensitive data, or run code with that process's privileges.
