Authenticated script execution via unescaped ID parameter
Published Sep 23, 2025 · Updated Sep 23, 2025
Cross-site scripting in Code Projects Simple Food Ordering System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script via the ID parameter. The order.php endpoint incorporates the attacker-controlled ID value into browser-rendered output without neutralizing HTML or script syntax. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and a victim to load the crafted response, enabling script execution in that user's web context and exposure of client-side data.
