Unauthenticated file disclosure via external entity resolution
Published Sep 22, 2025 · Updated Sep 22, 2025
XXE in the XML handler of Jinher OA 2.0 allows remote attackers to read server files through a crafted request to GetWordFileName.aspx. The endpoint parses attacker-supplied XML with external-entity resolution enabled, so a DOCTYPE can load a remote DTD and exfiltrate local file contents. No authentication or user interaction is required; the demonstrated consequence is out-of-band disclosure of files readable by the server process.
