Authenticated file read via unfiltered JDBC URL
Published Sep 21, 2025 · Updated Sep 21, 2025
Deserialization in JEECG JimuReport 2.1.0 through 2.1.2 allows remote authenticated users to read server files via a crafted JDBC URL. The testConnection endpoint accepts user-controlled MySQL connection parameters without filtering options that enable local-file loading through an attacker-controlled service. A valid session and data-source creation access are required, and successful exploitation discloses files readable by the server process.
