Stored script execution via Activities fields
Published Feb 6, 2025 · Updated Feb 13, 2025
Stored XSS in Holded's Activities functionality allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in another user's browser. The editable name and icon fields accept and persist a JavaScript payload that later renders for another user without effective neutralization. A high-privilege account is required to plant the payload, and a victim must view the stored activity; execution exposes or alters browser-accessible data in that victim's session.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
