Cluster-admin escalation via overbroad Kueue role binding

Incorrect privilege assignment in Red Hat OpenShift AI and Open Data Hub Operator allows remote authenticated users to gain cluster-admin access. The operator unconditionally applies a cluster-wide binding that grants the kueue-batch-user-role to every authenticated cluster identity. A low-privileged account, including a standard notebook user, can abuse the resulting permissions to control the cluster and read, alter, or disrupt hosted workloads.
