CVE-2025-10716Public exploit

Credential theft via default Android task affinity

Published Sep 19, 2025 · Updated Sep 19, 2025

Task hijacking in Creality Cloud App 6.0 and 6.1.0 allows local users to capture sensitive input through a malicious Android app. AndroidManifest.xml leaves task affinity at the com.cxsw.sdprinter package default, allowing an attacker activity with the same affinity to occupy the app's task root and appear when the app opens. Exploitation requires installation and launch of a malicious app plus subsequent use of Creality Cloud on Android before Android 11; the demonstrated consequence is phishing of credentials or permissions.
