Unauthenticated file disclosure via unchecked fileName path
Published Sep 19, 2025 · Updated Sep 19, 2025
Path traversal in Four-Faith Water Conservancy Informatization Platform 1.0 allows remote attackers to read server files. The historyDownload.do;otheruserLogin.do;getfile download handler uses the fileName parameter without validating or confining its path, so ../ sequences escape the intended directory. No authentication or user interaction is required, and exposed configuration files or other sensitive server data can be read.
