Code execution via SpyAttributes class loading

Code injection in Progress DataDirect JDBC drivers allows remote authenticated users to execute class constructors through SpyAttributes input. The connection-option parser accepts an undocumented value syntax that loads any class already on the application class path and invokes its constructor. Exploitation requires an application to let an end user control SpyAttributes, and execution is limited to classes present on that class path.
