CVE-2025-10692Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Cross-department ticket disclosure via SQL query concatenation

Published Oct 3, 2025 · Updated Oct 3, 2025

SQL injection in OpenSupports 4.11.0 allows remote authenticated users to read cross-department ticket data through its staff API. In server/controllers/staff/get-new-tickets.php, the endpoint appends departmentId directly to the SQL WHERE clause rather than binding it as a parameter. Staff level 1 access is sufficient to inject a tautology or time-based expression, bypass the department filter, and expose ticket titles, content excerpts, and metadata.
