Authenticated brand-data disclosure via missing permission check

Improper authorization in Open Weitong Mall 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read all brand records through /brand/queryAll. BrandController.queryAll returns the complete brand list without checking the authenticated account’s role or permission. Any low-privilege account can invoke the GET endpoint, exposing brand information intended for administrators; no write access or service interruption is reported.
