Authenticated router crash via oversized countdown_time

Stack-based buffer overflow in D-Link DIR-825 2.0 through 2.10 allows remote authenticated users to crash the router via apply.cgi. The sub_4106d4 path passes the attacker-controlled countdown_time value to set_basic_api without bounding its length, so an oversized POST value overwrites the stack. Low-privileged access to the web interface is required, and the demonstrated consequence is loss of router availability rather than proven code execution.
