Stored XSS via unescaped footer-text setting

Stored cross-site scripting in NsThemes NS Maintenance Mode for WP 1.3.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts. The footer-text setting accepts closing textarea and script markup without sanitization, then renders the stored value on the site front end without output escaping. Administrator-level access is required, and exposure is limited to multisite installations or sites where unfiltered_html is disabled; a visitor who opens the affected page executes the injected script.
