Unauthenticated settings disclosure via unprotected export handler

Sensitive information exposure in RadiusTheme Classified Listing 4.0.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to extract API keys and tokens. The rtcl_taxonomy_settings_export function returns taxonomy settings to unauthenticated requests without an authorization check. No account or user interaction is required, and exposure is limited to confidential settings data rather than modification or service interruption.
