Database disclosure via unparameterized firstname insertion

SQL injection in transact.php in itsourcecode.com Online Clinic Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read database data. The patient-insertion query concatenates the firstname POST value directly into an INSERT statement without parameterization, allowing injected SQL expressions. Low-privilege access to the patient-add workflow is required; the demonstrated exploit enumerates the database and dumps the useraccounts table.
