Authenticated SQL injection via ID parameter
Published Sep 17, 2025 · Updated Sep 17, 2025
SQL injection in SourceCodester Online Polling System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter database queries via the ID parameter. The /admin/positions.php handler incorporates the attacker-controlled ID value into an SQL command without neutralizing SQL syntax. A low-privileged authenticated session is required, and published evidence does not establish access beyond the application's database context.
