CVE-2025-10587Network attack vector

Database disclosure via unescaped event category

Published Oct 8, 2025 · Updated Oct 8, 2025

SQL injection in Yannick Lefebvre Community Events 1.5.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to read database data via event_category. The plugin inserts the unescaped event_category value into an existing SQL query without sufficient parameter preparation, allowing added SQL statements. The CNA vector and title indicate no privileges, but its description says Subscriber-level access is required; database disclosure is the documented consequence.
