Authenticated internal-service probing via unchecked AJAX URLs

Server-side request forgery in WP Fastest Cache Premium 1.7.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to probe internal services. The get_server_time_ajax_request AJAX handler accepts attacker-controlled servers[][url] values and opens them with fsockopen() without a capability check. Subscriber-level access is sufficient; the blind response exposes connection timing and reachability rather than full response content.
