Unauthenticated database access via unvalidated category ID
Published Sep 16, 2025 · Updated Sep 16, 2025
SQL injection in CampCodes Grocery Sales and Inventory System 1.0 allows remote attackers to read or alter database data via the ID parameter. The save_category action in ajax.php inserts the multipart POST id value directly into an SQL query without validation, sanitization, or parameter binding. No login is required, and crafted boolean- or time-based expressions can read or change database contents through the application account.
