CSV export deletion via missing nonce validation
Published Sep 27, 2025 · Updated Sep 27, 2025
Cross-site request forgery in Ninja Forms 3.12.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to delete exported CSV files via a crafted request. The CSV download path in includes/Admin/Menus/Submissions.php accepts a state-changing request without validating a WordPress nonce, then deletes the generated export. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to follow a crafted link; the documented consequence is limited to deletion of generated CSV exports.
