CVE-2025-10492Network attack vector

Remote code execution via unfiltered Java deserialization

Published Sep 16, 2025 · Updated Sep 16, 2025

Java deserialization in affected Jaspersoft Library products allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code via serialized report data. ContextClassLoaderObjectInputStream accepts serialized compiled report templates and generated reports without restricting resolved classes. Network access and low-privileged product credentials are required; successful exploitation runs code in the affected Java process.
