Stored XSS via unsanitized admin settings
Published Sep 26, 2025 · Updated Sep 26, 2025
Stored XSS in Zephyr Project Manager 3.3.202 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through admin settings. Admin setting values are stored without sufficient input sanitization and later rendered without adequate output escaping, causing attacker-controlled scripts to execute on affected pages. Administrator access is required, and exposure is limited to WordPress multisite installations or sites where unfiltered_html is disabled.
