Authenticated SQL injection via bypassable keyword blacklist
Published Sep 15, 2025 · Updated Sep 16, 2025
SQL injection in RuoYi 4.8.0 through 4.8.1 allows remote authenticated users to read database data via the createTable endpoint. The filterKeyword blacklist performs substring checks that miss tab-delimited SQL keywords, after which createTable executes the accepted statement. An Administrator-role session and the code-generator module are required; exploitation can extract database secrets, create tables, and consume CPU.
