Unauthenticated SQL injection via unsanitized delid parameter

SQL injection in PHPGurukul Beauty Parlour Management System 1.1 allows remote attackers to access its database via the delid parameter. The /admin/all-appointment.php handler places the GET delid value directly into an SQL query without validation or parameter binding. No login is required; a crafted time-based blind payload can read or alter database data and interrupt database-backed service operations.
