Authenticated code execution via unchecked cmdinput length

Buffer overflow in Tenda AC9 and AC15 15.03.05.14 and 15.03.05.18 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code. The /goform/exeCommand formexeCommand handler processes attacker-controlled cmdinput data without enforcing the destination buffer's bounds. Low-privilege access to the network management interface is sufficient, and successful exploitation can compromise or interrupt the router.
