CVE-2025-10433Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated command execution via unsafe pickle deserialization

Published Sep 15, 2025 · Updated Sep 15, 2025

Unsafe deserialization in MaxKB 2.0 through 2.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute system commands through the tool debug API. The tool_code.py execution path passes code-derived serialized data to Python pickle deserialization, allowing crafted object data to invoke commands. Workspace tool-debug access and authentication are required, and successful exploitation runs commands with the MaxKB server process's privileges.
