Authenticated code execution via unfiltered PHP upload
Published Sep 15, 2025 · Updated Sep 15, 2025
Unrestricted file upload in SourceCodester Pet Grooming Management Software 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code. The /admin/seo_setting.php handler accepts the website_image filename and content without enforcing an image-only extension, then stores the file where the PHP runtime parses it. Access requires an authenticated administrator session, and successful exploitation runs attacker-supplied PHP with the web server account privileges.
