Unauthenticated database manipulation via unsanitized ID parameter

SQL injection in Baptism Information Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to manipulate its database through the ID parameter. The rptbaptismal.php endpoint uses the unvalidated ID value directly in an SQL query, allowing injected expressions to alter database execution.
