Settings modification via missing nonce validation
Published Oct 11, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in Course Redirects for Learndash Plugin 0.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to modify settings via forged requests. The settings-page form handler processes submitted settings without verifying a WordPress nonce, so a forged browser request is accepted. Exploitation requires an administrator with an active session to follow a crafted link or otherwise submit the attacker’s request; the bounded result is unauthorized settings changes.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
