Settings modification via nonce-free AJAX actions
Published Oct 11, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
CSRF in Web Accessibility by accessiBe 2.10 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter plugin settings through forged AJAX requests. The accessibe_signup, accessibe_login, accessibe_license_trial, accessibe_modify_config, and accessibe_add_verification_page handlers accept state-changing requests without WordPress nonce validation. Exploitation requires a logged-in site administrator to follow attacker-controlled content, after which the request can change plugin configuration or create a verification file.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
