Remote code execution via unauthenticated file upload

Unrestricted file upload in eCharge Hardy Barth GmbH Salia PLCC 2.3.81 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute code through /api.php. The /api.php handler accepts the salia/setrfidlist JSON value and writes attacker-controlled PHP without authorization or file-type restrictions. No credentials or user interaction are required, and the uploaded PHP can execute commands on the charging controller.
