Authenticated script execution via unencoded card registration input
Published Sep 13, 2025 · Updated Sep 13, 2025
Cross-site scripting in Micz Flor RPi-Jukebox-RFID 2.0 through 2.8.0 allows remote authenticated users to run script in a victim's browser. The cardRegisterNew.php endpoint places a submitted HTML image tag with an event-handler payload into page output without neutralization; the PoC does not identify the responsible parameter. Low-privileged access and victim interaction are required, and successful exploitation modifies content and runs attacker-supplied script in the Phoniebox web origin.
