Payment-setting modification via missing nonce validation

Cross-site request forgery in bsmye PayPal Forms 1.0.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter payment forms and settings. The form creation and management handlers accept state-changing administrator requests without validating a WordPress nonce. Exploitation requires an authenticated site administrator to follow a crafted link or otherwise submit the forged request, after which form content and PayPal payment settings can be modified.
