CVE-2025-10290Network attack vector

Website spoofing via stale toolbar state

Published Sep 16, 2025 · Updated Sep 16, 2025

UI spoofing in Mozilla Firefox Focus before 143.0 allows remote attackers to misrepresent a website through a contextual-menu link. For certain URL schemes, the long-press contextual-menu path fails to load the requested link yet leaves the toolbar showing stale origin information. Exploitation requires a user to long-press and explicitly open the crafted link, enabling a deceptive website display without reported code execution or data access.
