Unauthorized tool invocation via unchecked request origins

DNS rebinding in Neo4j Cypher MCP server 0.2.2 through 0.3.1 allows remote attackers to invoke tools through a malicious website. HTTP and SSE transports accept browser requests without validating Host or Origin headers, allowing a rebound domain to reach the loopback MCP endpoint. A user must keep an attacker-controlled page open long enough for DNS rebinding; successful requests can read or modify the connected Neo4j database through exposed Cypher tools.
